Starting May of 2026, we pull samples from every cast and send them to a third-party lab. Our yellow and white gold gems have different recipes — you'll find the exact alloy breakdown for each batch below. Most recent results are at the top.

How To Read This Report

This is an XRF (X-ray fluorescence) precious metal analysis — the independent testing method used across the jewelry industry to identify what's actually inside a metal alloy. GCAL USA LLC, a third-party gem certification lab based in New York, performed the test on representative pieces from our casting runs.

Three things to look for:

1. Gold percentage — confirms the piece is genuinely 18 karat solid gold, not plated, not filled, not a mystery alloy

2. Full alloy breakdown — lists every metal present and its percentage so you know exactly what the composition is, not just the karat claim

3. Two-sided scan — GCAL tests both sides of each piece independently to confirm consistency across the charm
